C Section Recovery sold the AbdoMend range of soft cotton support binders for cesarean and postpartum recovery, together with the massage and meditation DVD, the dry skin brush and the recovery kits that combine them.

The massage therapy video with meditations was created and designed by a professional licensed massage therapist with 25 or more years of experience, from her own personal experience of having an emergency C Section in spite of her efforts to have her baby at home with a midwife. The same hand wrote the C Section Blog, under the byline Christina Hemming.

The store was run from Maui, Hawaii, and orders were taken by telephone on (800) 900-9820 toll free and (808) 871-8664 locally. In February 2014 the C Section Recovery Kit was named a Family Choice Award winner for best product.

The range was built around one idea, repeated across every page of the catalogue: compression brings the cut tissue back together, massage changes how the scar settles, and both are easier when someone shows you how.
