Choosing a size

Take your measurement 2 inches below your belly button around the upper hip area, not up at the waist, and add 2 to 5 inches for post surgical swelling depending on the range of your surgery.

Washing and care

Attach the hook and loop closure, place the band in a lingerie bag, wash in cold or warm water and hang to dry.

Wash the band before you wear it for the first time, each day if soiled while the incision is still healing, or every couple of days.

Materials

The bands are soft cotton. The interior elastic of the AbdoMend Support Binder Strap and the Hem It In belly band contains latex.
